Material Test Machine

Glazing process after the re-check clay body.All is half-automatic spray glazing,We takes-3-4 minutes to clazing process.

Firing process

The kiln belongs shuttle kiln,Around 80 square metres. Advanced kiln equipment and computer Automatic operation control.Fired at high temperatures of 1260 degees for 16h,which belongs to high temperature ceramics and has a high degree of vitrification Low water absorption. The glaze is smoothwith good texture,effective,antibacterial, not easy to smear and easy to clean surface,effectively preventing bacteria from Breeding.

Requirement. All basins must meet wall hungloading. 1.Wall hung basin:30KG. 2.Shelf Basin:150KG.
